Project Description
Formed in 2014, the Ohio Early Childhood Health Network (OECHN) was created to address childhood obesity in children ages 0-5 under Ohio’s Plan to Prevent and Reduce Chronic Disease developed by the Ohio Chronic Disease Collaborative facilitated by the Ohio Department of Health.
Notavi Creative was brought into the fold by Cuyahoga County Board of Health to take the white paper strategic plan and make it a shareable marketing tool that documented that detailed the following:
- Background
- Mission/vision
- Planing process
- The results
- Opportunities ahead
- Newly defined goals and objectives
