Project Description

Summit Education Initiative (SEI) envisions a future in which every student graduates prepared, passionate, and persistent with a plan to be enrolled, employed or enlisted. This nonprofit has grown by leaps and bounds over the years making an impact in Summit County. For the last few years, Michelle Burgess, along with her design teams, have been  involved in helping launch the brand and helping articulate SEI’s mission of increased educational attainment.

Work has included:

  • Facilitated input session with Board to gain insight and buy-in to marketing and communications approach
  • Strategic Objectives meeting to lay the groundwork for the development of a compelling message for SEI by gaining a more complete understanding of the organization and its work and to determine whom SEI’s audiences are, and what is important to communicate to each those audiences.
  • Formal SEI Branded Overview Narrative – Craft brief, well-written narrative for staff and board to utilize and for copy usage across various mediums.

  • New brand identity material (business cards, stationary, envelopes)
